Prior to the trip, the Chamber is responsible for the following steps:
• Advising the contracting company about the strategy and preparation of the commercial activity as well as addressing key information such as the date, duration and schedule of the mission?
• Selecting companies who could potentially be interested in attending the business trip
• Contacting the appropriate staff member at each company
• Preparing and sending a personalised invitation to the selected contacts
• Managing and coordinating the list of people who are interested in participating and who have confirmed their availability
• Attending the trip in order to ensure the smooth running of the event and to offer support wherever required
• After the mission, prepare a report describing the main events, conclusions and recommendations for any future missions.
