About Puerto Alegría and Maui:

Maui is one of the most exciting flamenco artists of Spain. Unclassifiable and captivating, Maui has a different way of understanding art and flamenco, she is an artist and creator who dissolves borders and stereotypes with her mix of music, theatricality, rhythm, humour and a subtly overwhelming personality. Far from any well-known label, they have come to say that she is the Björk of Utrera, the Lady Gaga of flamenco, the Woody Allen of song, and a diva of humour, but she’s just Maui, one of a kind.

Puerto Alegría is her new show. An amusing allegory about the life of the artist.
