For the second 2021 online edition of the HR Forum organised by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, the session will once again commence with an open conversation between Monica Hernanz, the Forum’s Chairwoman and our esteemed guest speaker for the session, Dr Leandro Herrero.

The dialogue will explore the following topics and questions:
– What is organisational architecture and why is critically important for companies to invest in it?
– How can we design our organisational structures to create remarkable organisations for the future?
– What are the myths of company culture, and how can we successfully mobilise our people for a purpose and change culture?
– How can we create sustainable large scale behavioural and cultural change within our companies?
– How can my team build and enhance our collective leadership capabilities?
– The role of digitalisation in the future of work

Speaker’s Biography
Dr Herrero is the CEO and lead designer of products and services at The Chalfont Project Ltd, an international firm of Organizational Architects. He is also the Managing Partner of Viral Change Global LLP that specializes in the application of Viral Change™ as a large-scale Mobilizing Platform in organizations. As the pioneer of Viral Change™, he has written the book of the same title (2006, 2008) and its follow-up Homo Imitans.
Although Headquartered in the UK, The Chalfont Project’s international team of Organization Architects work with organizations of many sizes, at different levels, across all geographies in both the public and private sector.
Dr Leandro Herrero is a psychiatrist by background who, after medical practice and academia, spent many years in hands-on leadership positions in global companies. Alongside his medical and psychiatric qualifications, he holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Fellow of several management bodies. He is also an Executive Fellow at the Center for the Future of Organization, at the Drucker School of Management, Claremont Graduate University.
He is an international speaker on organizational challenges, and has won the highest recognition from many audiences at public forums and in-house events – including the Grand Davos Award in a World Communication Forum. He has also been a speaker at TEDx in London with great reception.
As an author, he has published several books on management of change and leadership, including Viral Change; Homo Imitans; Disruptive Ideas; New Leaders Wanted; The Leader with Seven Faces and However – Work Could be Remarkable.
