Over the course of the year gone by, most companies have undertaken a full digital transformation. However, during this process not all have considered all of the critical areas of their business operations or how their business fairs against competitors. For this reason, no matter what stage of the digitisation process you are in, it is worthwhile taking a moment to “look in the mirror of digitisation” and assess the adaptation of your business to suit the new customer consumption habits.
In this webinar we will be speaking to experts in the field of digital transformation of companies from Chamber member Axis Corporate. Join us to learn how to effectively analyse the degree of digital maturity of your business and how you can advance smartly and sustainably in the digital transformation process. The speakers will discuss the key dimensions of your company which require analysis: customers, strategy, technology, processes, people and organisation, in order to evaluate your company’s level of digital transformation and the impact this is having on your business results.
Following the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have to the speakers.
Date: Thursday 8th April 10:00 – 11:45 GMT / 11:00 – 12:45 CET
