During the current environment of physical distancing and uncertainty, many business are being challenged to rethink their sales strategies in order to survive. The need to understand the conceptual framework in a rapid changing environment should be second to none for those aiming to seek growth in times of economic slowdown.
As Warren Buffett says, “You only find out who is swimming naked when the tide goes out”. The tide has gone down for everyone and it seems that is taking us a while to adapt and recover, revealing this way not only the tools available to us but above all, the management style of all of our organisations. In this unprecedented challenging times, the crisis will force us to rethink how our companies, workers, and governments are interrelated and the dynamic between them. The world context is not, and will not be the same after COVID-19.
In this webinar, ESADE professor Oscar Torres will discuss in depth his recent study featured in Forbes on B2B: How to lead Your Company’s Growth Strategy. Oscar will also help us to analyse the various management styles and the types of culture reigning in our organisations, providing us with the tools to develop our businesses based on predictability methods.
Now more than ever, we need to innovate and redesign our strategies to succeed and set the conditions to protect and multiply our revenues.
