Has the business climate in the UK continued to evolve positively? Are Spanish companies planning on expanding their investment and workforce in this market? What are the main economic policy areas that these companies expect the new UK Government to improve?
The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK invites you to attend the presentation of its VI Barometer on the Climate and Outlook for Spanish Investment in the UK, during which these themes will be explored and updated data of Spanish investment in the United Kingdom will be shared and discussed.
For the sixth year running, the Barometer has established itself as the only gathering of CEOs, senior and country managers, financiers, SMEs and public institutions that explores Spanish investments in the British market.
In the context of continued global economic turbulence and the recent election of a Labour Government, this bilateral event, which will count on the participation of both the Ministers for Trade of the UK and the Spanish Government, will once again explore the new set of opportunities and challenges for Spanish investment in the UK.
Following the speeches, high-level panel discussions will be convened by experts from key institutions and Spanish companies in the UK, moderated by the Financial Times.
The event will be hosted by H.E the Spanish Ambassador, Mr. José Pascual Marco and the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Eduardo Barrachina.
The programme for this event will be available in due course.
Date: Tuesday 3rd December, 8:15 (for an 8:45 start) until 11:30
Location: Spanish Ambassador’s Residence | 24 Belgrave Square | London SW1X 8QA
Please note that this event is exclusive to Members and non-Member companies who participated in the VI Barometer Survey.
