Jonas Borgel – Director B2B & Wholesale EMEA, epay (Moderator)

Jonas Borgel is a commercial leader with extensive experience in building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. Mr. Borgel leads the Digital B2B & Wholesale business for EMEA at epay, combining P&L accountability with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product. He works closely with global brands and partners to create propositions that deliver measurable customer and commercial value.

 

Marc Schroder – Managing Director, Business Development Europe & VP Sustainability, Likewize

Marc Schroder leads European partnerships across telecom, financial services and loyalty ecosystems, collaborating with leading telcos, banks, OEMs and retailers across Europe and Dubai. Mr. Schroder drives growth through customer‑centric protection and value‑added programmes, bringing a sustainability‑led perspective on how loyalty and financial services can deliver long‑term value, trust and differentiated customer experiences at scale.

 

Benjamin Witting – Investment Manager, Duke Street

Benjamin Witting is an Investment Manager at Duke Street, where he focuses on investments across the Business Services and Industrials sectors. Since joining Duke Street, he has been involved in the acquisitions of Agito Medical and McAvoy, as well as the sale of Great Rail Journeys. He has also worked closely with several of Duke Street’s portfolio companies on value creation and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Duke Street, Benjamin worked at the management consultancy Oliver Wyman, where he was part of the Private Capital and Restructuring Practice. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in International Business from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University

 

Michael Hart – CEO & Co-Founder, Teal Connect Ltd

Michael Hart is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Teal Connect, a fintech company revolutionising income and employment verification for UK lenders. He began his career in Investment Management at Goldman Sachs before spending 8+ years in finance and technology, including as a Venture Capital investor focusing on fintech at a leading European fund with over $1bn AUM. Prior to founding Teal, Michael led Business Operations & Strategy at Yapily, a leading Open Banking API scale-up in London. Since launching in 2024, Teal has raised £1.4m from investors including Passion Capital and Angel CoFund.
