The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, in collaboration with Chamber Member IE University, is proud to invite senior executives to an exclusive Executive Breakfast with Dr Concepción Galdón, Vice-Dean of Business with Purpose at IE Business School.
This masterclass will explore how leaders can activate purpose to drive innovation while aligning team management practices with organisational strategy. Drawing on the IE DARE Purpose Framework and insights from her research and corporate experience, Dr Galdón will provide practical guidance on translating strategic intent into tangible, high-impact outcomes.
Even in purpose-driven organisations, challenges arise. When teams with diverse perspectives work under pressure, friction and complexity are inevitable. Dr Galdón will show how these situations can be transformed into opportunities for learning, growth and innovation, helping leaders convert strategic intent into high-impact actions that strengthen organisational culture and performance.
The session will conclude with a Q&A. Prior to the masterclass, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow executives over breakfast.
Date & Time: Wednesday 25th March, 08:30 – 10:00
Location: Pavilion Club Knightsbridge | 64 Knightsbridge | London SW1X 7JF
