The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK is proud to be hosting the third session of its new series of Mentoring Breakfasts, where the aim is to connect the Chamber’s female talent through structured and time-efficient speed mentoring sessions.
This initiative, led by Raquel Barrera, EDI Consultant and Board member of the Chamber, brings together female Mentors and Mentees from among our professional network, allowing them to share their experiences and aspirations.
The fast-paced conversation method is intended to facilitate intentional and effective interactions between the Mentors (senior professionals and leaders in their respective fields) and the Mentees (junior professionals looking for advice on career guidance, leadership management and personal growth).
This third and final session will focus on Key Moments in My Professional Journey, inviting Mentors to reflect on the pivotal experiences, challenges and decisions that have shaped their careers — and to share the valuable lessons learned along the way.
