To restart our most popular event series for 2022, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK warmly invites you to attend our next Meliá Business Breakfast.
Hosted by the stunning Meliá White House hotel, patrons of the Chamber, the next session will welcome Kevin Foster MP, Minister for Future Borders and Immigration as its special guest.
The Minister will give a briefing on the latest developments regarding the post-Brexit immigration system and the movement of people between the EU and the UK. He will address the implementation of the UK’s Points Based System, the EU Settlement Scheme and sponsorship of UK Visas and Immigration as a part of this. The talk will be followed by an open discussion between all event participants and the opportunity for any questions to be answered. The discourse will then be followed by a networking breakfast.

MORE ABOUT THE MINISTER:
Mr Foster served on the Public Accounts Committee and the Backbench Business Committee from 2015 to 2017. He has also been a Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Department of Communities and Local Government (now the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government) and, latterly, the Cabinet Office.
He was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Future Borders and Immigration) on 14 February 2020.
He was previously appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Wales and Assistant Government Whip in April 2019. He was also acting as Minister for the Constitution in the Cabinet Office until October 2019. He was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Immigration at the Home Office on 16 December 2019.
