The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom, in full collaboration with the Embassy of Spain, has the pleasure of inviting members and non-members alike to join us for our very first International Women’s Day networking reception.
We are honoured to be welcoming The Rt. Hon. the Baroness D’Souza CMG, former speaker and current member of the House of Lords, as our special guest speaker on this occasion.
This event is open to all members, women and men. Join us as we come together to celebrate women’s achievements globally and #EmbraceEquity as a collective.
The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK has a strong commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and it is with this in mind that it is included in its Strategic Plan as one of its core objectives.
This commitment is translated into a series of initiatives, which include this International Women’s Day networking reception, with the main purpose of:
1. Providing a platform which gives a voice to the female talent of the companies which make up the Chamber and where women’s views and experiences can be shared.
2. Promoting the social and corporate debate surrounding the benefits of gender equity.
3. Raising awareness of the challenges and opportunities women face in a business environment.
A fantastic selection of canapés will be provided by Chamber Member Camino.
This event is free for all members of the Chamber. Tickets for non-members are £30 + VAT.
