The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK is delighted to announce the second edition of our Foreign Chambers Series. This year, we are teaming up with the British-Argentine Chamber of Commerce to host an event that casts a spotlight on the increasingly important multilateral relations between Argentina, Spain and the UK.
Argentina presents itself as an emerging economy and an attractive partner for both Spain and the United Kingdom. With green energy, mining and agriculture being the UK’s main points of interest, Argentina can become one of its most reliable importers in the coming years.
Due to Spain’s strong connection with Argentina, Spanish companies are becoming a key ally between the two nations. Their already well-established presence in sectors such as energy, finance and telecommunications, favours potentially major alliances between Argentina, Spain and the UK.
In this session, experts from the public and private sector will highlight the myriad business opportunities each country presents. The event agenda will consist of:
- Opening remarks by both Commercial Attachés of the Argentine and Spanish Embassies in the UK.
- A high-level panel discussion on business scenarios in a new geopolitical landscape.
- A keynote speech, delivered by the Principal of Integra Capital, Dr. José Luis Manzano.
- Closing remarks by the British Trade Envoy for the Southern Cone of LATAM, Mr. Fabian Hamilton MP.
After the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to network with Members of both Chambers over delicious Spanish tapas and Argentine wine.
