Do you belong to a transnational company and struggle to deliver a unified yet comprehensive training programme?

In today’s globalised economy, organisations must adopt an international approach to e-learning to meet the needs of diverse, dispersed workforces. This webinar, hosted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK in collaboration with Member Marked Improvement will help HR and L&D leaders design effective, scalable, and globally relevant training.

Participants will explore key aspects of international e-learning, including translation and localisation for cultural and linguistic adaptation, multimedia integration (audio, video, AI), and e-learning standards like SCORM for cross-platform compatibility. The session will also cover assessment strategies, balancing bespoke vs. off-the-shelf courses, and using analytics to track training effectiveness.

With real-world examples and actionable advice, attendees will gain a framework for creating cost-effective, culturally sensitive, and impactful training programmes.

In this webinar, founder and co-director of Marked Improvement Charles Shields will deliver key insights into:

  • Designing culturally and linguistically appropriate courses.
  • Leveraging multimedia and AI for engagement.
  • Effective assessment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Comparing bespoke vs. off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Aligning e-learning with industry standards.
