Any employer with 250 or more employees must report their GENDER PAY GAP data. The existence of a gender pay gap within your organisation does not necessarily imply intentional discrimination against women. Instead, it can be the result of multifaceted and complex interplay of economic, cultural, societal and educational factors embedded in our society.
In this webinar, Raquel Barrera, an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion expert and founder of Chamber Member diversitas institute, will help you better understand and therefore address your organisation’s gender pay gap.
This session aims to:

Clarify the distinction between the gender pay gap and unequal pay
o Delve into the various factors behind potential gender pay disparities
The interplay of economic, cultural, societal and educational factors
o Offer tools to measure and interpret your organisation’s gender pay gap
Delve into the 5 main underlying factors contributing to the gender pay gap
o Empower organisations to take proactive steps toward closing the gap
