Behind every successful business there are people who need to feel supported, heard and valued in the work they do. However, in today’s fast-moving and high-pressure professional environments, mental wellbeing is often overlooked until teams begin to feel disengaged, overwhelmed or burnt out.

More and more organisations are recognising that workplace wellbeing is not simply an HR initiative, it is a key part of building resilient, productive and sustainable businesses. Research highlighted by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) shows that companies investing in employee wellbeing see stronger engagement, better collaboration and healthier workplace cultures. Likewise, the British Safety Council emphasises that long-term business sustainability cannot exist without supporting the wellbeing and psychological safety of employees.

Creating emotionally sustainable workplaces means building environments where people feel safe to speak openly, where compassion is part of everyday interactions, and where wellbeing is not only talked about in difficult moments but is supported day to day as part of the culture.

On 24 June, join the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, in collaboration with Chamber member The Online Therapy Clinic, for an engaging webinar on mental health and emotional sustainability at work.

During the webinar, EMDR Practitioner and CBT Therapist Jaime G. Miralles will explore:

  • The importance of mental health at work and emotional sustainability
  • A brief overview of mental health awareness
  • How to support people in the workplace
  • Simple ways to encourage openness and build psychological safety

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the speaker during a live Q&A session.
