Our Foreign Trade Department provides a wide range of internationalisation services for companies that want to expand their business either in Spain or in the UK. In this section, you will find more details about some of these services:

Commercial Agenda

What is a commercial agenda?

A comercial agenda seeks to arrange face-to-face meetings with relevant businesses who fit the desired profile given by the contracting company. The aim is to help the company expand their network in the desired market for long-term commercial benefits.

Which are its goals?

  • RIdentifying the businesses and obtaining the most appropriate contact person for each company.
  • RIntroducing the contracting company by email to each of the targeted companies, explaining the reason we are contacting them, with the objective of arranging a meeting.
  • RA subsequent telephone call follow-up, to determine the interest in arranging a meeting.
  • RArranging the time and place of each meeting and making the initial introductions.
  • RA report summarising the work done will be drafted and sent, including additional information, such as companies that have shown an interest and useful market knowledge.

COMMERCIAL PRESENTATION

What is a comercial presentation?

A commercial presentation creates an overview of the market by presenting the products of the contracting business to potential customers or partners. The aim is to establish a first contact with potential clients or commercial partners

Which are its goals?

Identifying the potential companies and the correct contacts for each of these businesses.

  • RIntroducing the contracting company by email to each of the targeted companies, explaining the reason why we contact them.
  • RIf any of the contacted companies show interest, we put both companies in touch either by an email.
  • RIntroduction or by setting up a telephone/Zoom meeting.

LIST OF COMPANIES

What is a list of companies?

A list of companies is a database of a particular sector, custom-made according to the requirements of the contracting company.

What is the objective?

To identify businesses that can become potential customers, partners or relevant contacts for the contracting company.

What information does it include?

  • RName of the company
  • RPostal address
  • RTelephone number
  • RE-mail (if available)
  • RWebsite (if available)

MARKET RESEARCH REPORT

What is a market research report?

This service delves into the British market, helping the contracting company understand the main features of the sector as well as channels, barriers and even potential customers and competitors. This service serves as a starting point for assessing the suitability of making a trade agenda, or other trade actions.

What information does it include?

  • RDefinition of the sector.
  • RGeneral situation of the market.
  • RAnalysis of the foreign trade of the sector.
  • RAccess to the market (entry barriers, competition, distribution channels).
  • RRelevant businesses identified.
  • ROther contacts of interest.
  • RConclusions and recommendations.
