The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, in collaboration with Spanish Researchers in the United Kingdom (SRUK) and Imperial College London, invites you to Thinking Differently, an engaging panel discussion exploring how neurodiversity and different perspectives can contribute to more inclusive workplaces, stronger teams and business growth.
As the world of work continues to evolve, businesses are increasingly looking at how to attract and retain talent, encourage innovation and create environments where people can perform at their best. Understanding and embracing different ways of thinking can be an important part of this process.
Bringing together real perspectives from business, inclusion and entrepreneurship, the panel will offer practical insights and different viewpoints on how organisations can create more inclusive working environments while making the most of diverse talent.
The panel will consider how different perspectives can contribute to creativity, innovation, collaboration and business performance, while also addressing common misconceptions around neurodivergence and the diversity of experiences within conditions such as ADHD.
At the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, we believe that greater diversity and inclusion can benefit both employees and businesses.
As Raquel Barrera Moreno, Founder of Diversitas Institute and Board Member of the Spanish Chamber, highlights: “A more equal, diverse and inclusive society is a better society. And a better one for business as well.”
Whether you are a business leader, HR or DE&I professional, entrepreneur, researcher or simply interested in the future of work, this event offers an opportunity to gain new perspectives and take part in an important conversation about how we can build more inclusive and forward-looking workplaces.
