Our London immigration practice is led by Marta Mendiondo, who is a native Spanish speaker having been born in Santander, Spain and moved to the UK in 2001. Marta has particular expertise in assisting Spanish firms looking to apply for a Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker applications. In addition to this, Marta is an expert in personal immigration matters and assists clients in all types of immigration and nationality applications. She has extensive experience in complex applications to the EU Settlement Scheme and those submitted beyond the relevant deadline. Prior to joining the private sector, Marta worked for the Home Office in three British Embassies abroad. Marta can provide legal advice in Spanish, Italian or English, as preferred and is widely connected within the Spanish community in the UK.
