On the lunch menu, dishes include starters such as Ibérico ham on a bread pillow or scallops. For the main course, diners get the option of dishes such as sea bass with celery illusion or suckling pig on carob crumbs. Meals can conclude with a sweet treat such as orange French toast or clove custard with toasted milk and pineapple ice cream. The meal can be supplemented with a glass of Cava.
Alternatively, the tasting menu comprises five courses with sherry flight, and can be taken at lunchtime or in the evening.
