The world has changed and businesses have had to pivot and change direction overnight as we all adapt to the “new normal”. What has remained the same, however, and indeed has probably become even more important than ever is the need for companies to develop and nurture their employees using the digital tools available. It is vital to ensure that workforces remain connected, engaged and productive as we all continue to work remotely.

For this online workshop we’ll be partnering with Chamber member Netex, an innovative learning technologies provider, as their UK Director Mike Byrne will share his insight and top tips on:

  •  The results of recent HR and L&D surveys on core HR issues affecting businesses during COVID-19
  •  The increased importance of HR becoming a trusted business partner and using L&D as a tool for change within your organisation
  •  How you can better connect with your audience (both internal and external) using digital tools
  •  How you can develop a culture of content curation and creation to help staff remain connected and engaged and experiment with delivering content in different formats, as we continue to adapt to different workday scenarios.
