Big changes to the UK immigration system are coming after Brexit. On 31st January 2020 the United Kingdom left the European Union and with EU citizens no longer being allowed to come freely to live and work after 31st December 2020, a new points-based immigration system (‘PBS’) will be introduced which employers will need to follow to hire new workers.

Dancy Naranjo is a Colombian qualified lawyer who joined Scornik Gerstein LLP in 2017 as an Associate in charge of the immigration department.
Prior to joining Scornik, Dancy started her immigration career as a trainee in a boutique law firm in London. She was quickly promoted to legal assistant becoming the immigration lawyer of reference within the Latin American community.
