The session will cover the following topics:
- Your company whys: The importance of sharing your companies key motivations and goals with your team. As a part of this Nieves will be explaining her concept of the Golden Circle: addressing the importance of Why versus the What and How.
- Building a mission statement and setting goals that engage your team: the value of incorporating both the company and individual employee’s values when creating a mission statement.
- What is in it for me?: exactly why a company’s goals should align with those of each employee.
- The Annual Plan and the 90 Days Executive Plan : For the final part of the session Nieves will explain the Annual Plan and 90 Day Executive Plan: two meticulously devised and proven frameworks designed to result in maximum success, productivity and employee satisfaction within your workplace.

Nieves Rodriguez is an inspirational personal and corporate & executive coach, speaker, author and founder of FastrackToRefocus Coaching, a coaching academy which is passionate about helping people and businesses connect with their true values and motivations in order to achieve their goals; both personally and professionally.
Nieves has over 30 years’ experience of working with multinational companies across the globe. She is an inspirational leader with excellent track record of coaching teams, supporting the launch of start-ups and, in a nutshell, making things happen. She is a highly committed leader and life, corporate & executive qualified coach with a consistent focus on the execution of strategy, while always engaging individuals and leading teams. She is the author of the following books, of which a proportion of the proceeds, as well as those from the workshops she leads, supports the work of Fundación Aladina; a not-for-profit organisation which assits children with cancer.
