We are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming the Minister for Future Borders and Immigration at the Home Office, Kevin Foster MP, on our next edition of our Melia Business Breakfasts series which will take place on the 2nd June.
Kevin will address the new immigration system that will come into action following the end of the transition period in December and the implications it is likely that this will incur on both British and Spanish businesses and individuals. He will also discuss the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic is and could continue to have on this area of the Brexit negotiation process; before answering questions from the audience.
Kevin Foster was first elected for the Torbay constituency in May 2015. He served on the Public Accounts Committee and the Backbench Business Committee from 2015 to 2017. He has also been a Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Department of Communities and Local Government (now the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government) and, latterly, the Cabinet Office.
