For the 2020 online edition of the HR Forum organised by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK, we will be exploring how leadership is changing during the pandemic and the role that HR can play in supporting this. On this occasion, instead of beginning with a presentation we will be having a conversation with our guest speaker, Jeremy Keely. Jeremy has 30 years of experience in facilitating collaborative work and change among senior executives. He is also the founder of the social enterprise Sadler Heath and an Associate at the Moeller Leadership Institute at the University of Cambridge’s Churchill College.

 

The HR Forum’s chair, Monica Hernanz, will host a conversation with Jeremy exploring the following questions:

  • What is the invitation that the pandemic is offering to leaders?
  • What is the opportunity that the pandemic is providing to individualsin terms of their professional development and within their role as employees and co-workers?
  • What about the opportunity for HR professionalsto support courageous leaders, resilient employees and adaptable organisational cultures?

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

9:30-10:00: Attendee arrival and virtual coffee. We will do a welcome and catch up in small virtual groups.

10:00-10:45: Conversation between Monica Hernanz and Jeremy Keeley

Speaker’s Biography

Jeremy Keely is a facilitator and coach with particular expertise in leadership development, leading collaborative change and team-building with 30 years of global experience. Prior to specialising in leadership development, Jeremy was a certified accountant and management consultant at KPMG.

In addition to the work he does with large companies, Jeremy is the founder and CEO of Sadler Heath, a not for profit organisation dedicated to personal long-term development. He has also been a non-executive director at the Academy of Executive Coaching and is an Associate of the Moeller Institute at Cambridge University on their leadership programmes.
