{"id":9434,"date":"2018-07-25T10:44:10","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T10:44:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/2018\/07\/25\/mahou-summer-party-2\/"},"modified":"2019-09-06T09:55:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-06T09:55:41","slug":"mahou-summer-party-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spanishchamber.co.uk\/es\/2018\/07\/25\/mahou-summer-party-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MAHOU SUMMER PARTY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday 9th of July, we were delighted to hold our first Mahou Informal Party of 2018 in collaboration with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spanishchamber.co.uk\/es\/single-member\/?userid=243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mahou San Miguel\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spanishchamber.co.uk\/es\/single-member\/?userid=209\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ib\u00e9rica Restaurants<\/a>, patrons of the Chamber, at their restaurant in Canary Wharf. The event was held on their beautiful\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibericarestaurants.com\/restaurants\/iberica-la-terraza\/\">Terraza<\/a>, a unique outdoor bar and restaurant, which opens every spring for the whole summer period.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>London\u2019s endless heatwave made way for a perfect, warm evening with brilliant open views of Canary Wharf\u2019s sky scrapers. Over relaxed conversation, guests had the chance to catch up, establish new contacts and enjoy chilled Mahou beers accompanied by a wide range of delicious Spanish tapas. These included cold cuts, <em>padr\u00f3n<\/em> peppers, homemade burger bites and <em>churros con chocolate<\/em> to polish off the evening. Ib\u00e9rica is highly regarded for its carefully selected menu including traditional, elaborated Spanish dishes and fine wines.<\/p>\n<p>Mahou beer is one of Spain\u2019s most prominent beer brands and has been a vital part of Madrid\u2019s gastronomy culture for over 125 years. \u00a0It has a clean, refreshing flavour which makes it the ideal companion for Spanish cuisine on a warm, summer&#8217;s evening.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank everyone who attended this event and helped to make it such a wonderful evening, with a special mention to our sponsor for the event, Mahou San Miguel, for making it all possible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/?p=7947\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here<\/a>\u00a0to view the pictures of the event.
