In accordance with Article 38.1 of the Articles of Association and on behalf of the President of the Chamber, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom will take place on Tuesday 7th July 2020 at 3pm. On this occasion the meeting will be held virtually.
Annual General Meetings are of the utmost importance for the Chamber as they present our members with the opportunity to review the activity and financial performance of our organisation, to make suggestions, ask questions and to express any concerns.
We are delighted to announce that Ms. Xiana Méndez, the Spanish Government’s Minister of Trade, will give the closing remarks for the meeting.
If any member is unable to attend they are entitled to appoint a proxy, who is not required to be a member of the Chamber.
Please note that the meeting will be held in Spanish and it’s only for members of the Chamber.
