The Natura Bissé Skin Care Advisor is motivated and enthusiastic, flexible and has experience in sales and a love for skincare.

They will be expected to represent Natura Bissé at all times, with an in-depth knowledge of the company, products, treatments (the benefits of, in order to sell them) and to be able to work as part of a team but also with their own motivation and initiative.

They must have complete knowledge of the Harrods and Harrods rules and regulations, which form part of their Natura Bissé contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To exceed Personal and Counter sales targets as set every week and month.
To provide professional, knowledgeable and honest consultations to all customers and to recommend the correct products for their skin at all times.
To work in Harrods as part of the team as and when required.
To make a record of the details of every new customer gained and to update the details of every returning customer, ensuring sales made and samples and recommendations given are also recorded.
To offer an appointment for the next available beauty room to every customer, always ensuring that the correct details are taken in addition to a booking fee.
To keep a detailed report of all sales, consultations, products sold, customer file cards written, beauty room bookings made and follow up calls made and to be prepared to discuss these with any member of Management at any time.
To present a complete weekly report of their sales and activities to your Counter Manager every week.
To help maintain and grow the customer database according to targets set, ensuring that it is always updated for mail-outs, e-shots and other direct mail activity and that this information is communicated to head office on a regular basis.
To help ensure that all customers are kept in contact with new products, events, promotions, beauty rooms and to provide the very best in customer service.
To assist the Counter Manager & Harrods management in every aspect of stock control, including counting and recording stock levels, bringing replacement stock from the stockroom and any other duties as requested.
To be constantly perfectly groomed and dressed in accordance with Harrods/ Natura Bissé guidelines.
To constantly renew their knowledge and understanding of both Natura Bissé and Store procedures, philosophy and standards fully.
