Job Description:

Natura Bissé manufactures, advertises, distributes and sells high technology skincare products under Natura Bissé trademark, which is a well-known and famous brand by using a selective distribution system of Authorised Establishments that enjoy an image and reputation of luxury and exclusivity.


- Monitoring Natura Bissé partners’ websites daily to check:
o Natura Bissé products´ prices
o Special activities
o Competitors brands
o Product features
o New content
o Changes in their websites
o Reviews

- Weekly report with relevant information from the previous section.
- E-commerce partners:
o Check and process purchase orders using ERP software and our partners’ web portals
o Process RTV from E-commerce partners using ERP software
o Open disputes regarding damaged products returns and follow up with them until solved
o Control stock levels
o Carry out selected marketing activities
o Upload information for new launches
o Look for free riders and open cases with E-commerce partners to remove them
o Provide them with the required information for their daily operations and special projects

- Follow up with partners regarding:
o New launches, marketing activities, agreed support, … and provide them with all the required information
o Sales reports
o Stock levels
o Updated prices


- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent PC skills, good command of computer software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Working proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Self-motivated and proactive person
