Job Description:

It will be the person in charge for the development of the company in the UK.
Its primary mission will be, executing and leading the company’s business strategies, managing and coordinating different areas to ensure profitability& competitiveness of the Master franchise, according with the strategic guidelines of the Spanish site; ensure all business is conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulations


Create & manage teams in all different areas (technician, employees, administration, etc.)

Grew sales through an effective market plan, promotions, ideas.

Control of the annual business operating plan & budgets; monthly quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.

Responsible for the acquisition of new shops (new premises); control of the constructions, works & permissions. Search for new franchises, training them according to the policy of the company.

Analysis of the product management, linear strategic management, coordination for the logistics area and stock control.

Identity / maintain/ manage relationships with local government agencies/regulatory bodies and local institutions.

The country manager will be the most representative person to ensure efficient day – to – day operations for the shops.

Will lead the implementation of the business plan, managing economical, technical and human resources in the opening of new shops.

Will be in charge for the searching of new suppliers, especially those for the industrial machinery; points of sale, according to the standard quality of our shops.


Experience and knowledge in food industry:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as responsible in points of sales, in market as bakery coffee, distribution and service industries (sale of bread, cakes, pastries, sandwiches ...)

Essential to provide experience in tasks of financial results & account management; with compliance objectives for growing sales and results for the P&L.

Responsibilities related to business negotiation and analysis of point of sales.

Responsibilities in business expansions and growing firms.

Languages: Bilingual English / Spanish will be a plus.
